Effect and Clinical Significance of "Tongfu Jiechang Soup" on Intestinal Preperation Preoperation of Elderly Colorectal Cancer Patients Combined with Incomplete Ileus

Abstract
Objective To explore the safety, effect and clinical significance of "Tongfu Jiechang Soup" on intestinal preperation preoperation of elderly colorectal cancer patients combined with incomplete ileus. Methods Randomized study was carried out in 77 colorectal cancer patients combined with incomplete ileus who were 60 years old or above. 39 and 38 patients were arranged to take "Tongfu Jiechang Soup" or poly-ethylene glycol electrolyte balanced solution to clean intestinal tract preoperation respectively as treatment group or control group. Then the intestinal cleaness and the complications during the intestinal preparation and postoperation in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Intestinal cleaness of 34 patients in treatment group was perfect (grade I ) and 4 was good { II ) , 1 was common (III ) , 0 was bad ( IV ). Meanwhile, the corresponding results were 32, 2, 1 and 3 in control group. The rate of grade I and II in treatment group was 97.44%, higher than control group, 89.47%, but no remarkable difference was found { P >0. 05). There was 0, 0, 0, 0 and 1(2. 56 %) patient in treatment group ran into complete ileus, enterohrosis, disturbance of water or electrolyte, anastomotic leakage and incision infection respectively. The corresponding results in control group were 3(7. 89%) , 1(2. 63%) , 0, 1(2. 63%) and 2(5. 26%). Conclusion "Tongfu Jiechang Soup" on intestinal preperation of elderly colorectal cancer patients combined with incomplete ileus is characterized by well cleaness, high safety, few complications and low cost, thus it is worth of clinical application.关键词
