摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of oncogene k-ras in colorectal cancer tissues, to find out its correlation with tumor clinicopathological features and provide a basis for targeted therapy. Methods PCR method was performed to detect k-ras mutation of specimens from 200 patients with colorectal cancer in changhai hospital, and the relationship with corresponding clinical pathological data was analyzed hy statistical Methods. Results K-ras mutations were detected in 56 cases (28%). K-ras had a close relationship with lymph node metastasis, hepatic metastasis and TNM stage( P <0. 05) , hut no significant relationship with age, sex, howel wall invasion and tumor differentiation were found( P >0. 05). Conclusion K-ras can he of good use for the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) targeted treatment of colorectal cancer patients.关键词
