Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance and the relationship between the expression of VEGF, MMP-9 and PCNA in colorectal carcinoma and normal tissue. Methods Collected postoperative colorectal cancer tissue samples and normal colorectal tissue samples of 78 cases of colorectal carcinoma. The expressions of VEGF, MMP-9 and PCNA were detected hy immunohistochemical method. Results Positive rates of VEGF, MMP-9 and PCNA were higher in colorectal carcinoma than in normal tissue ( P <0. 05). There is statistical correlation between the expressions of them and tumor differentiation ) P < 0. 05) , infiltration, Dukes stage, metastasis of lymph node (P <0. 05). It was positively correlated between VEGF and MMP-9, PCNA. Conclusion High expression of VEGF, MMP-9 in colorectal cancer tissue could promote the increase of PCNA. It's suggest that the higher expression of VEGF, MMP-9 and PCNA, the more serious of deterioration of colorectal carcinoma and more likely of cancer metastases.关键词
