摘要

Abstract

This paper designs a high precision all phase FFT phase measurement system on the basis of SOPC technology. The system uses all phase FFT ideas, taking SOPC system as the core of Measured phase system for signal processing and control. The design method is based on a system-level circuit, which can realize the customization of this system through Quartus II and SOPC Builder. The system accuracy is high, the actual measurement accuracy reached more than 3.9 × 10-3 . Through quantitative analysis the influence of performance of measured phase in quantization noise ,this paper derived the all phase FFT in theoretical formula of the variance. The test results show that this system has high anti-jamming performance.
