水杨酸对铬胁迫下大豆种子萌发的影响
Effects of Salicylic Acid on Germination of Soybean Seed under Chromium Stress
摘要
Abstract
The paper studied the effects of chromium stress on germination of soybean( Glycine max L. ) cv. Ribenqing and the meditative effect of SA under hydroponic cultural conditions. The results showed that the germination rate, germination index and vigor index of soybean seed decreased, the MDA content and the relative electrical conductivity of soybean hypocotyls increased with the increase of chromium concentration in range of 0-200 mg·L-1Cr6 + . The germination of soybean seed was significantly(P <0. 01) inhibited when the concentration of chromium was 100 mg·L-1.0.05 mmol·L-1 SA could alleviate the toxicity of soybean under the chromium stress.关键词
