摘要
Abstract
In order to quickly and accurately detect the electrical signals of short-circuit droplet transition in the CO2 gas shielded welding,a electrical signal data acquisition system is designed,which MSP430F5529 MCU is as the core.The hardware system consists of Hall sensor, microcontroller and the host computer.Because analog to digital conversion module and USB module are integrated in microcontroller at the same time,the hardware circuit is simply and anti-jamming capability of the system is enhanced.Signal analog-digital conversion and data storage operate by repeat sequence channel mode,the process can be completed automatically. According unique data pipe mode,data are transferred from MCU to the host computer at high speed through the USB port of the MCU.USB module of the MCU in the data pipe mode does not require the driver,the rules of the model is simple,the data transmission of anywhere and any size in MCU can be realized by calling some simple functions, and transmission speed remains unchanged.关键词
