摘要
Abstract
The Domex700MC HSLA steel was welded by the CO2 gas shielded welding with flux-cored wire and good joints were obtained.The microstructure of HAZ (heat-affected zone)of the welded joints were analyzed by optical metallographic microscope. The fretting wear behavior of HAZ in room temperature are investigated on a PLINT fretting wear teat rig.The results show that the microstructure of overheated zone is relatively thick,but this area is harder than other area of HAZ because there is a lot of carbide. Fine grain size and uniform distribution in complete transformation zone.due to the Pearlite is more,so the hardness is higher;The grain is more gross in part of the phase change zone and the effectiveness of brittle zone,the hardness is lower;The fretting wear performance in different parts of HAZ is different, the complete transformation zone is relatively belter.关键词
