摘要

Abstract

The operating principle of lithium ion battery and the basic principle of fast charge were introduced. The traditional charging way of five-stage constant current method and the fast charge method of the five-stage constant current with negative pulse method in fact were analyzed. An optimal charging pattern of five-stage constant current method using consecutive orthogonal arrays was determined, which was the basis of the five-stage constant current fast charge method. Two charging methods were simulated, and the results show the methods are appropriate for lithium ion battery. In addition, the way with negative pulse can increase charge current, grow large current duration time, and thus realize the fast charge.
