用作超级电容器的聚苯胺基活性炭材料
Polyaniline-based activated carbon as supercapacitor

Abstract
A novel activated carbon was prepared from polyaniline which was prepared by the oxypolymerizaton of aniline and activated by ZnCI, at the temperature of 800 t .The prepared materials were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Boehm titration and BET. The electrochemical properties were studied by using cyclic voltammograms, galvanostatic charge/discharge in 6.0 mol/l KOH solution. The activation carbon presents a high specific gravimetric specific capacitance of 174 F/g at a scan rate of 2 mV/s. The specific capacitance decreases of 3.5% at a current density of 500 mA/g after 2 000 cycles. The results show that its high capacity and stability is due to the increased surface area after ZnCl2 activation, and oxygen and nitrogen groups contributed pseudocapacitance.关键词
