Abstract
The positive materials LiFePO4 were synthesized by microwave-synthesis method prepared by precursor with Li2C2O4, FeC2O4, NH4H2PO4 as the raw materials respectively, and benzanthracene copolymer as reducing agent. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrochemical properties of samples were investigated by constant current charge/discharge. The results show that the sample synthesized at 650 ℃ is pure olive-type structure LiFePO4 with a particle size of 1-2 μm, and it exhibits an initial discharge specific capacitance of 158.3 mAh/g under 0.2 C rate in the voltage of 2.5-4.2 V, which remain well after 20 cycles. The LiFePO4 prepared with this method has good rate and capacity retention performance.关键词
