Optimization of final thermo-mechanical treatment process on 7050 aluminum alloy
摘要
Abstract
Final thermo-mechanical treatment(FTMT) process of electromagnetic continuous casting 7050 aluminum alloy is optimized.A proper FTMT process is given as follows : pre-aging 105℃ / 8h,cold rolling 20% and final aging 140 ℃ / 14h.On the basis of this process,the comprehensive properties of workhardening and precipitation-hardening can be fully improved.The experimental results show that tensile strength and yield strength respectively reaches 631.28MPa and 611.80MPa,and elongation rate is 14.68%.关键词
