Abstract
From the view of social benefit, this paper sets up an optimization model and algorithm under the uncertainty of load forecasting to optimize the sizes of 10 kV distribution transformers, which takes the minimum investment costs and power outage cost as the objective function. This paper considers the apportionment of the configuration of different rated capacity transformers to the superior substation, which makes the results more practical and more scientific. Finally, this paper simulates and compares the situations of the different rated capacities of transformer and the different load types, and the results indicate that the model can find the optimal scheme that justifies the customers' investment and meets the customers' power supply reliability, and can scientifically and reasonably guide customers to configure the distribution transformer capacity.关键词
