摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain a better reflection about the output characteristics of solar cells and solve the problem of the engineering model that is imprecise, a calculation method is presented based on the actual equivalent circuit model of solar cells. Unlike the method based on the engineering model, this calculation method considers the impact of various parameters in the actual circuit, such as parasitic series and shunt resistance. By comparing the simulation results of the two different models under different working conditions, it can be clearly seen that light intensity changes have little effect on the open-circuit voltage and maximum power point which are obtained by the actual equivalent model. The model based on the actual circuit is much better than the engineering calculation model in reflecting the output characteristics of solar cells under different conditions. The simulation results of the model based on the actual circuit are much more in line with the results of theoretical analysis than those of the engineering calculation model.
