Dynamics modeling and performance verification of the mechanical flight control system on transport airplane
摘要
Abstract
To improve the manipulation performance during the design of the long-span steel cable control system (SCCS) on a large transport airplane (LTA) and obtain an optimal configuration of the mechanical manual flight control system (MMFCS), this paper introduces a new calculation method of equivalent stiffness for the SCCS based on the formula of the equivalent elastic modulus of the steel cables. Then, this paper studies the modeling of the whole MMFCS by multi-degree freedom rigid body dynamics, and the dynamic model of the whole MMFCS is built on a software platform. Thus a new method is provided for the comprehensive performance simulation and the flight quality assessment of the MMFCS. By comparing the digital simulation results with the physical experiment data of the MMFCS, it shows a good reference in engineering design process about the stiffness calculation of long-span SCCS and manipulation performance simulation of the whole MMFCS , and it proves the validity of this proposed method.关键词
