摘要

Abstract

According as characteristics of data-driven control, a novel model-free adaptive control based noncircular turning tool feed with feedforward iterative learning was proposed. The model-free learning adaptive feedback control (MFLAC) provides for the main system stabilization and an iterative learning control (ILC) algorithm was proposed to serve as a feedforward compensation to nonlinear in synthesis controller design, thereby enhancing the improvement achievable with PID alone and improving the tool feed linear servo system position tracking accuracy by real-time experimental results on permanent magnet synchronous linear motor tool feed driving system.
