Abstract
Deformation may be produced after steel pipe heat treatment, so straightening must be undertake. The six roller straightener PLC control system based on S7 - 300 PLC and WinCC was discussed by using the PROFIBUS- DP fieldbus. The key technological points are focused such as the system component, network configuration, software programming and monitoring picture. Since put into operation, the system runs steadily, high reliability. Furthermore, the system improved production efficiency and finished product rate. At the same time, friendly, Chinese of man-machine interface, which let operate and monitor of operating personnel more convenient and flexible.
