Parameter Optimization Design of RCD Snubber for APF
摘要
Abstract
A parameter optimization design method for RCD snubber was presented which can alleviate the serious problem caused by the peak voltage of IGBT switch in APF main circuit. The design formulas of RCD snubber parameter were derived, based on theoretical analysis of RCD snubber. Simulation and experimental results show that this design method can not only suppress the voltage spike so as to improve the EMI characteristic, but also improve system reliability. This parameter optimization design method is successfully applied to a 100 kV ·A APF. The long-term operation of APF can prove that the method is effective and practical.关键词
