Abstract
To avert the troubles in the network reconfiguration of shipboard power system due to turning multiobjective optimization into single-objective optimization by weighting, the minimum number of loads, which lose power supply, and lowest cost of switching operation are taken as objectives and the proposed network reconfiguration problem with multi-objectives and multi-constraints are solved by fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ (NSGA-Ⅱ) with elitist strategy, the distribution of the attained Pareto optimal solution is uniform and the obtained optimal reconfiguration scheme set possesses stability and diversity. Once the network reconfiguration scheme set is obtained, the unitization processing is applied to such system operation indices as security, reliability and high-efficiency to achieve synthetic assistant evaluation function as the integrative assistant evaluation indices for network reconfiguration schemes. Test results of calculation example show that using the proposed method the shortcoming of single-objective optimization such as excessive dependent on the weights and so on can be avoided. The proposed method can consider multi indices synchronously and the obtained network reconfiguration scheme can conform to actual situation better.关键词
