摘要

Abstract

Amino acid is one of the most important nutrients in relation to animal growth and metabolism in aq-uaculture. How to evaluate the nutrition value of amino acid in shrimps, particularly in whether or not it will be supplied, how to apply and what about the effects, are still uncertain. This paper summarizes the current research progress in essential amino acid ( EAA) requirement and ideal amino acid pattern in shrimps, as well as the additive effects of either crystalline amino acid (CAA) or microencapsulation amino acid (MAA) applied to shrimps. Furthermore, the impact factors with respect to amino acid absorption and utilization in shrimps are discussed. Also, some suggestions in response to mechanism in the area of amino acid nutrition of shrimps are proposed. [Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2012, 24(10) : 1871-1877]
