摘要

Abstract

A novel control system of electroplating power supply with multi-waveform pulse based on theory of Finite State Machine was proposed. First of all, the electroplating power supply as well as the theory of Finite State Machine was introduced. And then taking the output waveform of a special kind of electroplating power supply for example, the frequency, amplitude and duty ratio of the output waveform can be regulated continuously by this method. Finally, the performance of the proposed control system was verified effectively using the simulation of Simulink combined with Stateflow.
