Abstract
60 GHz wireless communication with wide bandwidth,ultra-high-speed wireless data transmission,whici is a part of the 4th generation wireless communication,has received a lot of attentions.60 GHz microstrip-waveguid transition is presented in this paper.At the whole band of 57 GHz ~ 64 GHz, the insertion loss is lower than 1 dB and the return loss is better than 15 dB.Moreover,a T/R module using MMIC for 60 GHz millimeter-wave commu nication systems is also proposed.Modulation and demodulation signals with QPSK are analyzed to verify th feasibility of the system.关键词
