智能按键开关参数测量仪
Design of Measuring Instrument for Button Switches Parameters
摘要
Abstract
This kind of admeasuring apparatus,designed with a key switch as the parameter,can be applied to the production line to separate good products from defective ones.It consists of a mechanical push-button device, a pressure transducer,A/D data acquisition,push-button circuit,LCD,a multiple relay switch,serial communication, PC and SCM.After the action of the outside trigger,it collects pressure data,showing the level of OF,OD and CK to be compared with the data set up in advance.In line with the comparison result,it closes certain relay switches accordingly and,in the meantime,sends character strings to the PC through serial ports.The character strings will be simultaneously visible on the LCD.Experiments show that this admeasuring apparatus has a stable and reliable performance with high precision and desirable indicating value.关键词
