Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Yunnan Baiyao combined cimetidine in the treatment of neonatal gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: Sixty-one patients of neonatal gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into the treatment group (31 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The two groups of patients received positive treatment of primary disease, at the same time given fasting, nasogastric tube, cold saline gastric lavage, intravenous access rehydration, and vitamin K1 3 ~ 10 mg infusion. On the base treatment, the treatment group received Yunnan Baiyao by stomach tube infusion or oral administration, meanwhile received cimetidine infusion 10 ~ 15 mg/(kg · d) , the treatment course was 3 ~5 days. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group were 93.5% and 70. 0% , the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions: It is simple, convenient, safe, effective, and inexpensive for Yunnan Baiyao combined cimetidine therapy in the treatment of neonatal gastrointestinal bleeding, so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
