Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of ganodermacapense glycapeptide and ribavirin on children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods: The 186 cases of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease were divided into two groups randomly, the treatment group of 106 patients and the comparative group of 80 patients. Patients of the treatment group were treated with ganodermacapense glycopeptides (2 mL/d) and ribavirin (10 mg/kg) , while the patients of the comparative group were treated with only ribavirin (10 mg/kg). Both groups were given the same basic treatment. Results: The duration of abatement of fever, the disappearance time of oral cavity pain, average days of hospitalization, the disappearance of tetter, and complication rate of the treatment group excelled those of the comparative group. The discrepancy is statistically significant (P<0. 01). Conclusions: Curative effect of ganodermacapense glycopeptide and ribavirin upon children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease is definite and with less side effect.关键词
