摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the compatibility of Reduning injection with common medicines. Methods: In accordance with the method described in China's pharmacopoeia 2010 edition, the pH, insoluble particle, and the changes of spectral absorption after combination were assayed. Results: Reduning injection became dark, the spectral absorption curve changed, and chlorogenic acid decomposed which was a active substance when mixed with high pH injection such as injections containing sodium bicarbonate, amoxicillim/sulbactam sodium and dexamethasone sodium phosphate. Conclusions: Reduning injection should be diluted by 0. 9% sodium chloride injection and applied intravenous infusion. Medicine combination of reduning injection and high pH medicines should be applied through separate injection or flushed perfusion tube.关键词
