摘要

Abstract

Tm3+ , Yb3+ codoped oxyfluoride ceramic glass was prepared and their up-conversion luminescence property was studied under the pump of 980 nm diode laser. In the luminescence spectra of annealed samples, stark splits of luminescence were observed at 463 nm and 476 nm. Temperature property of this split was studied between 303 K and 623 K. The results indicate that Tm3 + , Yb3 + codoped oxyfluoride ceramic glass could be used for temperature measurement according to luminescence intensity ratio. The best sensitivity is 4. 2 × 10-4 K-1 at 352 K.
