多花黄精组培快繁技术研究
Tissue culture technique with rapid propagation for Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua
摘要
Abstract
Underground rhizomes of P.cyrtonema Hua were as explants in tissue culture.The results showed that: the suitable culture medium for inducing adventitious bud was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg L-1+KT 1.0 mg L-1+NAA 0.2mg L-1+2,4-D 0.5mg L-1;the ideal culture medium for proliferation was MS+6-BA 4.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1,proliferation rate was 5.67;the ideal of rooting medium was MS +NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+CA(Activated carbon) 0.3mg·L-1+IBA 0.2mg·L-1,rooting rate was 93.52%,the mean root number was 5.09,the average root length wass 0.93cm.The transplanting survival rate of Rooting plants could reach up to 92%.关键词
