Research from a Comprehensive Perspective on the Current Situation of and Strategy for PE-Majored Undergraduate Education——Taking Some Colleges in Fujian Province for Instance
摘要
Abstract
By consulting documents, interviewing experts, doing questionnaires, etc. , it analyzes the current situation of training undergraduates majoring in physical education from the perspectives of current demand all-round talents and comes to the conclusion that the PE majors, despite their strong desire to become a teacher, lack experience and competence so that they haven't lived up to the demands the society present for a all-round talent. Therefore , it proposes that establishing the system of varied social exchange and thorough employment guidance should be the future orientation for the reform of PE majors in the university.关键词
