Abstract
The surface of original FGH96 superalloy powder particles prepared by argon gas atomization ( AA) , the impact fracture of superalloy prepared by hot isostatic pressing ( HIP) , HIP + heat treatment ( HT) were analyzed by auger electron spectroscopy (AES). Microstructures of superalloy prepared by HIP and HIP + HT were observed by optical microscope (OM) , scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) , transmission electron microscopy (TEM ). The results show that the PPB of superalloy prepared by HIP mainly is composed of MC type carbides and big 7'phase with size of 1 - 5μm. Impact fracture of superalloy prepared.by HIP showing the form of ductile fracture is parted along the PPB. The mode of impact fracture of superalloy prepared by HIP + HT is trans-granular, and also the form of ductile-brittle fracture. Superalloy prepared by HIP + HT basically eliminates PPB defects, and its impact property is significantly improved.关键词
