Abstract
The corrosion and wear of TRT blade were analyzed by investigating the working process and blast -furnace gas and dust of TRT set. It' s found that protective coating about 400μm fabricated by thermal spraying technology on TRT blade can conform to the operation requirement of TRT. The optimum process parameters were determined through analyzing technology parameters. Protective coating fabricated by thermal spraying has high hardness, wear- resisting property, high bond strength and well thermal shock resistance property. The coating mentioned exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and good wear - resistant features when applied to production.关键词
