摘要

Abstract

Iron-based powder metallurgy materials have been widely used in many industries especially in the automotive industry for its unique advantages and great competitiveness. The research of fatigue property is still an important topic of engineering application and scientific research. In this paper,the studies on the fatigue of iron-based powder metallurgy materials in recent years are reviewed. Effect of composition, microstructure and manufacturing process on fatigue strength and the mechanism of crack initiation and propagation is introduced, and so is the studies of fatigue crack growth rate of iron-based powder metallurgy materials. Finally, questions needed further studies are pointed out. This paper contributes to improving the research in related fields of powder metallurgy manufacturing technology and extending the application of iron-based powder metallurgy materials.
