乳腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫术21例临床分析
Analysis of axillary lymph node dissection with mastoscopy in 21 cases

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect and surgical technique of mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection (MALND). Methods:The clinical data of 21 cases with breast cancer underwent MALND from May 2011 to Jul. 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The operation in 20 cases were successed. One case was converted to open operation because of poor fat-melting. The operative time was from 60 min to 184 min,the average (91 ±21) min. Intraoperative blood loss was from 15 ml to 50 ml,the average (35.2 ±13. 1) ml. There were 2 cases of intercostobrachial nerve injury and 2 cases of subcutaneous emphysema. Conclusions : MALND is worth promoting for broad clinical applications owing to its advantages of minimal invasion, low complication rate and invisible scar. However, surgical skills should be mastered in the study.关键词
