体外培养人牙囊细胞的生物学特性
Characterization of human dental follicle cells in vitro

Abstract
Objective To study the characterization of human dental follicle cells (hDFCs) in vitro. Methods The dental follicles were dissected from the unerupted lower third impacted molars, and then cultured in vitro. hDFCs of different passages were observed with microscopy, and their proliferation activities as well as osteoblast differentiation potential were evaluated. Results The hDFCs of 9th passage were significantly bigger than those of passage 3 and 6. We found among different passages, hDFCs of passage 3 appeared obviously greater proliferation activity than those of passage 6, and passage 6 greater than passage 9. hDFCs of passage 3 had apparently greater osteoblasts differentiation potential than passage 6. Conclusion The characterization of hDFCs altered gradually cultured in vitro.关键词
