Abstract
Objective To analyze the cause and induce factors of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital in 2010, to discuss the possible prevention approach, and to provide reference for rational use in clinic. Methods Forty-five cases with ADR found in our hospital in 2010 were retrospective analyzed. Patients' general information, types of drugs, clinical manifestations, routes of administration, usage and dosage of the drugs and ADR were investigated, classified and statistically analyzed. Results Among all ADR cases, anesthetic and skeletal muscular relaxants, immuno-suppressive, anti-pathogenic microorganism, anti-cancer drugs accounted for 88. 89% of adverse reactions. 68. 89% were induced by intravenous dripping injection. The main clinical manifestations of ADR were lesions of skin and its ap-pendants (46.67%). Conclusion The analysis of ADR is benefit for us to be familiar with adverse drug reactions, timely and effective control of drug risk and to reduce ADR and ensure patient' s safety of drug use.关键词
