妊娠11～14周子痫前期彩色多普勒超声的表现特征
The study of color Doppler ultrasonography of patients with preeclampsia at 11-14 weeks'gestation.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the color Doppler ultrasonography ( CDU) of patients with preeclampsia (PE) at the first trimester. Methods The 11-14 weeks ' pregnant women were enrolled for data of BMI , SBP and DBP. The fetal crown - rump, location of placenta , uterine and spiral artery parameters (including the RI, PI and S/D, and early diastolic a notch) were recorded with CDU. The process and production was tracked . Results Among 50 included cases of pregnant women , there were 39 cases with normal pregnancy and 11 cases with PE. The RIs, Pis and spiral artery RIs of left and right uterine arteries and bilateral uterine arteries were significantly higher in PE group than those in controls (P < 0. 05 ) , so was the early a notch (P < 0. 01). There was no significant difference in uterine artery S /D, or spiral artery PI and S/D between the two groups. Conclusion The left and right uterine artery RI , PI, uterine artery mean RI, PI and uterine artery early diastolic a notch, spiral artery RI could reflect the adverse hemodynamic changes in patients with PE in early pregnancy , providing early screening of PE.关键词
