添加剂对超硬材料陶瓷结合剂显微结构的影响
Influence of Additives on Microstructure of Vitrified Bond for Superhard Materials

Abstract
In this article, the effect of aluminum powder and α-Al2O3 powder on the properties and microstructure of vitrified bond has been studied by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analysis. It showed that aluminum mainly existed in the form of molten aluminum, which had a good combination with vitrified bond and which was increased by 10. 3% than the strength of based vitrified bond when the addition of aluminum powders content was 4wt% and sintered at 620 t. The α-Al2O3 powder could improve the viscosity of the vitrified bond, effectively prevent samples'deformation during the sintering process and improve the density of the vitrified bond. When the sintering temperature was 680 ℃ , the addition of aluminum powder content was 2wt% and the addition of α-Al2O3 powder was 30wt% , most of aluminum oxidized and formed alumina. In this situation, the α-Al2O3 powder and the formed alumina improved the density of the vitrified bond, and reacted with vitrified bond to form nepheline( NaAlSiO4 ) which could widen the sintering range and inhibit the crack propagation and which was increased by 195.5% than the strength of based vitrified bond.关键词
