SiO2/CaO质量比对白云鄂博尾矿微晶玻璃的影响研究
Effect of SiO2/CaO Ratio on the Structure and Properties of Baiyunebo Tailing/fly Ash Glass-ceramics

Abstract
Glass-ceramics of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 quaternary system were successfully produced by the method of melting, using Baiyunebo tailing and fly ash as main sources of raw materials. The effect of SiO2/CaO ratio on the structure and properties of the glass-ceramics have been investigated by X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) , differential thermal analysis ( DTA ) and scanning electron microscope (SEM ). The results showed that with the increase of SiO2/CaO ratio the crystallization temperature of as-cast glasses were shifted to higher temperatures and the intensity of exothermic peaks were gradually reduced. The main crystalline phases of glass-ceramic were changed from augite to magnetite. Moreover, it can be seen that the crystallite size was decreased and the degree of crystallization was gradually weaken with the mass ratio of SiO2/CaO increased. This contributed mainly to the decrease in the properties of the glass-ceramics.关键词
