摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces technological process and new characteristics of micro ceramic injection molding, including the preparation of feeding, injection molding, debinding and sintering; it also discusses the theory model adopted by the simulation of filling flow and its application research situation; finally it points out that the injection molding technology research should focus on the new simulation method of micro ceramics injection molding, flow mechanism in the cavity with micro size, quality control method of micro-parts, and micro injection molding process and equipment research.
