摘要

Abstract

In the study, using low-toxic MAM-MBAM gel system instead of toxic AM-MBAM system to prepare 95 alumina ceramics, in order to improve the molding body performance, slurry pressure was given during the gelcasting process. The study results indicated that the green bodies with smooth surface, large linear shrinkage, high bulk density, uniform structure, high yield and good quality when the pressure was 3 MPa. The pressure effects on line shrinkage and bulk density of 95 alumina ceramic sintered body was also researched. The experimental results revealed that; The performances of the body molded by the pressure assisted gel injection were better than no pressure direct injection molding after the sintering. When the pressure assisted was 3 MPa, the density was up to 3. 81 g / cm3, linear shrinkage rate was minimum and Rockwell hardness was maximum. The microstructures of green bodies shown; Ceramic powders were well bonded together by organic polymer network, and ceramic powders of green body were close packed, the body molded by the pressure casting with uniform and dense structure. After sintering, pressure injection molding green body grain growth was good, void content was less than non-pressure direct injection molding sintering bodies, and sintering performance was good.
