摘要

Abstract

the use of X-ray diffraction, fluidity and suspended analysis, Zeta-potential and grading measurements, the effects of different types of superplasticizer ( effective naphthalene water-reducing agent, Naphthalene and sodium metasilicate, Naphthalene, sodium metasilicate and sodium hexametaphosphate, Enterprises to use the inorganic compound reducing agent) are mixed separately into the construction ceramic slurry properties. It was studied that how fluidity and suspensibility of kaolin mud, thixotropy and the impact of particle size were affected by different kinds of water reducer and different mechanisms were analyzed. The relative molecular mass and structure of water reducer and content, moisture content and shape of ceramic blank,particle have great impact on their compatibility. Appropriate proportion(including 0. 35% sodium metasilicate; 0.1% sodium hexametaphosphate; 0.05% effective naphthalene water-reducing agent) of mixed water reducer is added into designed ceramic castable according to the compatibility of inorganic and organic compound reducing agent, the effect of the slurry to improve performance is superior to a single naphthalene superplasticizer and the inorganic compound reducing agent being used in businesses currently. Such as increasing liquidity, reduce pulp moisture, reduce feed slurry particle size, increase the mechanical strength of dry body.
