以酚醛树脂为碳源碳热还原制备TiC的研究
Research on Synthesis of TiC by Taking Phenol-formaldehyde Resins as Carbon Resource
摘要
Abstract
The paper presents a process for synthesis of ultrafine TiC by reaction between TiOSO4 and Phenol-formaldehyde resins at high temperature in flowing argon atmosphere. Taking TiOSO4 as Ti resource and Phenol-formaldehyde resins as C resource, with the pattern of liquid mixture it was enhanced the uniformity of Ti and C resource, in favour of promoting later solid synthesis reaction and ensuring its homogeneity. We also discussed the high temperature carbonthermal reduction process of TiOSO4 and phenolic, the .precursors and products were characterized by TG, XRD and SEM. The results showed that the intermixture precursors of TiOSO4 and phenolic came out by heating and stirring, and then the products of precursors were TiC when they reacted at the temperature of 1500℃ for 1 h in flowing argon atmosphere, and the average particle size of them was 200 nm.关键词
