摘要

Abstract

A new internal insulating technology was investigated for motors with a minor opening aft or closed head dome. Technologies of insulation forming, molding and vacuum heat bonding and integral forming of complex structure of various insulations were investigated by using sol-gel distribution theory. Bond strength of case/insulation( K/J) is more than 3. 0 MPa. The problem of internal insulation for metal case motor with minor opening was solved. The motors were proved to be perfect by ultrasonic inspection. They have passed the ground static tests. The application of the technology offers a new internal insulating approach for motors.
