均匀设计法优化马缨丹提取工艺研究
Uniform design method for optimizing the extraction technology of Lantana Camara

Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of flavonoids from Lantana camara. Methods The total flavonoids from L. camara were determined to obtain the best conditions by uniform design test, using soxhlet extraction method with rutin as reference at 406 nm wavelength. Results The uniform design experiments resulted the optimal process as follows: the extraction with 90% ethanol for 4 hours, the solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 60, and particle degree of 24 mesh by soxhlet extractor. Conclusion The optimized technology is feasible with good repeatability.关键词
