建立小鼠深静脉血栓模型的实验研究
Establishment of deep vein thrombosis model in mice

Abstract
Objective To establish the model of deep vein thrombosis( DVT) in mice. Methods C57BL/6J mice ( n = 15) were randomly divided into the inferior vena cava ligation model group(n = 10) and sham group (n= 5 ). Inferior vena cava in mice was ligated for 48 h, and the vascular intima and thrombosis pathology were observed in the sham and DVT groups, respectively. Results Thrombosis of the inferior vena cava ligation was consistent with the pathological features of human vein thrombosis. The pathological examination showed that the vein thrombosis was full of the lumen,and no adhesion with the vascular wall. In contrast,there was no vein thrombosis in the sham control group. Conclusion The method of deep vein thrombosis in mice has been successfully established.关键词
