组织蛋白酶-B和MMP-9在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义
Expression and significance of cathepsin B and MMP-9 in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC)
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the expression and significance of cathepsin B ( CB ) and MMP-9 on the development and metastasis of non-small cell lung carcinonma ( NSCLC). Methods The study included 75 cases of NSCLC as the experimental group and 28 cases of pulmonary benign lesion as the control group. We investigated the expression of CB and MMP-9 by using IHC,and the relationship with different clinical and pathological characters. Results The positive rates of CB and MMP-9 were higher in the experimental group than that in control group. The positive rate of MMP-9 was correlated with lymph node metastasis. Meantime, CB and MMP-9 were related to lung cancer insults. Conclusion The high expression of CB and MMP-9 may promote the occurrence and development of NSCLC. The joint detection of CB and MMP-9 should be helpful to predict the prognosis in NSCLC.关键词
