Abstract
Mig (monokine induced by IFN2-γ)/ chemokine CXCL9 belongs to the subfamily of chemotactk cytokines known as CXC-chemokines. CXC-chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3) is a specific receptor of Mig. Recent studies have shown that CXCR3 is highly expressed in a variety of tumors, can mediate the growth and metastasis of a tumor, and affect the prognosis of cancer patients when it is specifically combined with Mig.关键词
