摘要
Abstract
Terminally differentiated podocytes, also called glomerular visceral epithelial cells, are high specialized cells. They function as a critical size and charge barrier to prevent proteinuria. In kidney disease, when podocytes are injuried, the clinical signature is proteinuria. However, the pathogenesis of proteinuria has not been yet fully understood. This review is to summerize the possible pathogenesis between autophagy and lesions of podocytes leading to proteinuria.关键词
