SNIP1在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义
Expression and significance of SNIPI in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract
Objective: To explore the expression and significance of Smad nuclear interacting protein 1 (SNIPl) in normal cervical tissue and cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to examine the distribution and expression of SNIPl in samples from 23 cases of normal cervix (normal cervix group), 25 cases of early stage of SCC (early stage group of SCC ) and 26 cases of late stage of SCC (late stage group of SCC). Results: The positive rate of SNIPl protein expression in cytoplasma in the normal cervix group, the early stage group of SCC, and the late stage group of SCC were 0, 36.0% and 73.3%, respectively; the strong positive rate of SNIPl expression in nucleus were 17.4%, 44.0% and 71.196, respectively. There are statistical significance between cytoplasm and nucleus in the above-mentioned 3 groups (P<0.01). In SCC groups with lymph node metastasis, SNIP1 expression were higher than that in SCC tissues without lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). Real-time PCR results showed that the SNIP1 mRNA expression were gradually increased from the normal cervix group, the early stage group of SCC to the late stage group of SCC, and the difference reached significant between the normal cervix group and the late stage group of SCC (P<0.05). Conclusion: SNIP1 might be involved in regulating the invasion and metastasis of SCC. It may use as a predictive factor in invasion and metastasis of SCC.关键词
