非小细胞肺癌外周血LUNX-mRNA的表达
Expression of LUNX-mRNA in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Non-small-cell Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression of LUNX-mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with non-small-cell lung eancer( NSCLC ) and its clinical significance. Methods RT-PCR was used to deLecL Lhe expression of LUNX-mRNA in peripheral blood of 90 paLienLs including 56 eases of NSCLC and 34 eases of benign lung lesions( eontrol group ). Results The positive expression of LUNX-mRNA was 58.93% in peripheral blood of NSCLS patients while no positive expression in the control group. The positive expression of LUNX-mRNA wasn'L eorrelaLed wiLh clinical eharaeteristies of NSCLC patients such as age,gender,smoking history and nationality( P＞0. 05 ),and paLhologieal eharaeLerisLies such as tumor location and pathologieal type,but was correlated with cell differentiation and TNM staging of NSCLC( P ＜0. 05 ). Conclusion LUNX-mRNA can be used as a valuable molecular marker for detecting mierometastasis in peripheral blood of NSCLC patients, and its posiLive expression is correlated with cell differentiation and TNM staging of lung cancer tissues.关键词
