个体化干预对舌下含服脱敏治疗儿童依从性的影响
Effect of Personal Intervention on the Compliance with Sublingual Immunotherapy in Children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To invostigato the effect of personat intorvontion on the comptiance vvith subtinguat dust mitc drops specific immunotherapy in chitdren vvith attergic diseases. Methods Three hundred patients were divided into tvvo groups according to vvhether they birth on odd-numbered day( controt group, 150 cases ) or even-numbered day ( treatment group, 150 cases). Patients in tho tvvo groups were treated vvith immunotherapy , and were awareness of knowtedge about desensitization after treatment. Their desensitization documents were atso estabtished. Mo intorvontion was performed in tho controts, white poi'sonat intorvontion on tho patients' cognition, psychotogy and behavior was performed in tho treatment group. The comptiance of att tho chitdren was observed. Resutts The treatment group was superior to tho controt group in tho indices such as frequency of stopping inhating corticosteroid,acute asthma attacks, and tho improvement of patients' symptoms( P ＜0. 01 ). The average duration of patients undergoing immunotherapy was tonger in tho treatment group than that in tho controt group( P ＜0. 01 ). 60. 1% of tho patients in tho treatment group had taken tho subtinguat immunotherapy for more than 2 years, white no one received tho immunotherapy treatment for 2 years in the controt group. Conctusion Poi'sonat intorvontion can significantty improve the comptiance vvith subtinguat immunotherapy in pationts,vvhioh hotps to improve the efficacy of the treatment.关键词
